Susquehanna Township
Susquehanna Township engaged Gavin to lead a full rebranding process, digging deep into the rich history of the region, while leveraging its outdoor spaces, affordable living and proximity to Harrisburg, PA, the state’s capital. Incorporating a process that engaged key stakeholders and decision makers, including conducting online surveys to gather public input and facilitating information gathering sessions with township employees, elected officials and leaders, our team was able to develop a brand visual story that the community fully embraced.
Our team led the way in guiding the township manager in a communications process that ensured decision makers felt engaged and enthusiastic about the potential of opportunities under a new, modernized brand while also affirming the intentional efforts to be inclusive in the brand building process. The brand process met a strict timeline that was required to meet public expectations as part of a forthcoming economic plan announcement, inclusive of open public meetings and presentations.
Branding work included community outreach and research, complete marketing brand visual development, updated township seal design, social media campaigns and ongoing advising as brand needs arose.
Our team was always present for meetings and took part in effective communications in addressing any concerns on the project, ultimately achieving a new brand visual and rollout on time and on budget.
