Scope The Marketing Director is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for our clients while driving the growth and visibility of Gavin™ in the marketplace. This role is pivotal in shaping the agency’s success by crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans that elevate our clients’ brands and position Gavin™ as a leader in the industry. The ideal candidate will be a masterful communicator, a critical thinker, and a skilled writer with a strong ability to collaborate across integrated teams. They will possess a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, digital marketing practices, and multi-platform campaign development. This individual must be adept at analyzing market trends, uncovering actionable insights, and translating those insights into impactful strategies that deliver measurable results. This role requires a creative mindset, a flair for out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences across digital and traditional media channels.

- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies and plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leveraging research findings, data insights, and industry expertise to guide decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Cultivate innovative, forward-thinking ideas and campaigns that align with clients’ current and future sales and growth objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, including competitive analysis, focus groups, SWOT analysis, and other methodologies, to uncover actionable insights that inform client strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats for clients and the agency.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations to clients and agency leadership.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, and traditional media, tailored to client needs.
- Oversee all marketing activities for client accounts, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives, deliver measurable results, and adapt to market trends.
- Craft compelling content and campaigns that highlight the agency’s unique value proposition and resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding, messaging, and execution across all client and agency initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the agency, network with potential clients, and stay informed on industry advancements.
- Function as a mentor and leader within the agency, fostering collaboration and growth among team members.
Education:
- A high school diploma/or GED equivalency, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in a strategic marketing role.
- Demonstrated expertise in new business development and brand visibility strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver persuasive messaging.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions that drive measurable results.
- Should have a proven ability to craft innovative, multi-platform marketing campaigns that engage diverse audiences and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- The ability to stay calm and focused under elevated levels of pressure.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Power Point, Excel, Visio, Project, One Note, and Word.
