GAVIN’s Vice President of Strategy, Mandy Arnold, will take the stage at the Primary Care Association & Health Center Controlled Network Conference in Louisville, Kentucky, this November alongside GAVIN’s longtime client, the Pennsylvania Association Of Community Health Centers’ PA Primary Care Career Center.
Hosted by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), this year’s conference offers attendees a deep dive into critical aspects of healthcare, ranging from policy and data to operations, payment systems, and workforce dynamics. The overarching theme revolves around creating partnerships and developing innovative strategies to ensure equitable care for the more than 31 million patients served every day.
Drawing on two decades of experience working with community health centers, Mandy has been invited by NACHC to share successful tactics for innovative talent recruitment strategies. During a speaker session entitled “A Distinct Talent Attraction Model and Strategy: Recruitment Positioning for FQHCs,” Mandy, alongside Judd Mellinger-Blouch, Director of the Pennsylvania Primary Care Career Center,
will present strategies for identifying and establishing a sustainable recruitment voice, especially in highly competitive markets. Attendees will gain valuable insights into garnering organizational support and enthusiasm for a unified recruitment strategy, best practices tailored for both rural and urban talent recruitment and targeted strategies designed to enhance overall outcomes.
“Developing a successful recruiting campaign is essential to maintaining the operations of community health centers throughout the nation,” said Mandy Arnold, VP of Strategy at GAVIN. “Engaging the best candidates through innovative point of view strategies allows CHCs to reach their goals and provide equitable medical care by recruiting passionate talent. By sharing successful tactics, including showcasing the, ‘Earn a Living Where Your Heart Is,’ campaign, GAVIN has employed to reach larger audiences during targeted recruitment campaigns, I hope to help CHCs solve complex workforce challenges so they can successfully navigate the most challenging workforce shortage in our history.”
The Primary Care Association & Health Center Controlled Network Conference will be held at the Omni Louisville Hotel, from November 13-15, 2023. Online registration is currently open.
Mandy’s session is expected to take place Monday, November 13, from 3:30 pm to 4:45 pm.
