GAVIN’s Amanda Peterson Martin Recognized Nationally and Regionally for Communications Leadership

GAVIN is proud to share that Amanda Peterson Martin, vice president of integrated communications and client success, has earned two honors recognizing her leadership in public relations, integrated communications and agency growth.

Peterson Martin was named a Top Women in PR & Communications Changemaker by PRNEWS, a national recognition honoring women who are helping redefine the role and impact of communications. She was also recognized as a Woman to Watch through Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence program, which celebrates leaders shaping the future of business across the region.

These honors reflect more than individual achievement. They recognize the kind of leadership Peterson Martin brings to GAVIN’s clients and teams: clear counsel, strong standards and a steady focus on connecting strategy to execution.

In her role, Peterson Martin helps shape how client work moves across the agency, ensuring teams are not only bringing the right disciplines to the table, but working from a shared understanding of the client’s goals, audience and reputation needs. Her leadership has strengthened how GAVIN approaches client success, from the way teams frame recommendations and measure impact to how they collaborate across public relations, digital, creative and strategy.

That work is especially important for organizations operating in complex, high-trust spaces, where communication cannot be fragmented or reactive. It has to be clear, credible and connected before the moment of need.

Her recognition also reflects the team environment GAVIN continues to build: one where strong thinking, shared ownership and thoughtful collaboration shape the work before it reaches the client. Peterson Martin has played a key role in reinforcing that standard, helping teams grow not only in what they deliver, but in how they think, lead and advise.

“I’m grateful for this recognition because it reflects the kind of work we’re building together at GAVIN,” Peterson Martin said. “The best communications work comes from strong teams, trusted client relationships and a shared commitment to helping organizations show up with clarity and confidence.”
