YORK, PA (3 December 2020) — As part of its ongoing strategic growth initiative, Gavin™ is pleased to announce a senior team promotion and three recent hires in its public relations, digital and design departments to expand the firm’s full-service capabilities.
Gavin, a leading boutique branding and communications agency serving regional and national clients, has named Rachael Kelley as Art Director. In this role, she oversees all visual brand communications to help brands tell their unique stories across multi-media marketing channels and platforms through effective traditional and new media creative execution. Kelley, who joined Gavin in 2016, previously served as Senior Graphic Designer.
“As businesses across all industries have adapted to life in a pandemic, Gavin has seen a steady surge in demand for high performance campaigns and crisis communication services this year,” said Gavin President and CEO Mandy Arnold. “Team growth and investment is at the core of our team culture and we are proud to announce the very deserving promotion of Rachael Kelley to Art Director, while also announcing three new impressive hires to our house of talent.”
The agency recently hired Jade Hubley, who has nearly a decade of graphic design experience in Central Pennsylvania, to serve as Senior Graphic Designer. With a background in print and digital marketing, branding, video production and photography, Hubley is skilled in brand development and strategic ad campaigns, as well as social media and creating cohesive work across multiple platforms.
With demand for high performance digital marketing services on the rise, Bill Daiber was hired as Director of Digital Marketing and Web Services. Daiber, who spent a decade at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, manages the digital marketing team at Gavin, overseeing the agency’s complete analytics, digital advertising and website development services. He leads the agency’s digital strategy, implementing comprehensive digital strategies for regional and national clients.
In an effort to meet growing client needs for crisis communications and public relations, Gavin has also added senior talent to its public relations department to better position the agency for long-term client demand. Rick Dunlap was hired as Public Relations Account Director. Dunlap is an award-winning public relations professional with 26 years of experience in media relations, brand development, project management, strategic planning and event production. He manages accounts and leverages strategic messaging, public relations and social strategy to generate earned media campaigns that drive awareness, earn trust and motivate action.
“Gavin has made several strategic hires this year to support expanding client projects that are reflective of a changing media landscape and dynamic marketing environment that requires greater expertise and industry insight to deliver greater ROI,” Arnold said.
Gavin’s house of talent is comprised of more than 20 employees providing a comprehensive suite of services to national and regional clients, including communications and brand strategy, public relations, crisis communications, digital marketing, design and media buying.
