Boutique agency posts 21% revenue growth, expands national reach

Ahead of its 10-year anniversary, Gavin™ is thrilled to announce it has once again been named one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies for 2021.

Founded in 2011, the York-based boutique branding and communications agency began with one person, a bold mission and drive to cultivate a house of talent dedicated to delivering strategic thinking and results for its clients. The woman-owned business has grown to a diverse team of nearly 30 professionals who serve regional and national clients in healthcare, education, government, and manufacturing.

Central Penn Business Journal’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies is an annual list designed to recognize the top regional businesses by revenue growth. To qualify for the 2021 list, companies were required to show revenue growth over a three-year period ending with fiscal year 2020.

In a year of constant change due to the pandemic, Gavin excelled in 2020, reaching 21 percent revenue growth. The team also grew by eight people and expanded into 13 new client markets across the U.S.

Ongoing client demand for strategic branding and communications services has fueled additional team growth and promotions in 2021.

“As we continue expanding to new markets across the U.S., our team has consistently surpassed milestones. We are honored to be named one of the fastest-growing companies in Central Pennsylvania again,” said Mandy Arnold, Gavin’s President and CEO. “Gavin has excelled at supporting the complex and rapidly changing communications needs of our clients by constantly bringing innovative thinking to the forefront. As we look ahead, we’re very excited to continue leveraging our boutique agency mindset of high service and performance to our client’s advantage.”

The Business Journal will host an online recognition celebration on September 9 for the fastest-growing companies. Final rankings for the top 50 will also be revealed at the event. Gavin was previously named to the list in 2016 and 2018.
