GAVIN™, a nationally recognized brand communications agency, and its parent company, The YGS Group, this week hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of their new office in York, Pennsylvania – a modern and renovated industrial space shared with sister company YGS Print Solutions’ fulfillment center.
The celebration, in partnership with York County Economic Alliance, featured remarks from YGS senior leadership, social networking, refreshments, and guided tours of the new office space.
“GAVIN is proudly headquartered here in York, but we reach our clients’ target audiences wherever they are,” said GAVIN Executive Vice President Serena Spiezio. “Our strategic communications strategies, public relations, and digital expertise generate local, national, and international visibility to support the growth goals of our clients.”
The office location has been home to multiple York-based businesses. Prior to GAVIN’s arrival, the space was operated by the Wolfgang confectionary company as a production hall and candy shopping center. With GAVIN taking over the space, this milestone marked significance in the agency’s commitment to expansion, innovation, and client service. The new office allows for enhanced operational efficiency and greater collaboration amid a growing team. In addition, the YGS fulfillment center has increased capacity and optimizes logistics with more efficient customer service.

The city of York has been GAVIN’s home since the agency’s founding in 2011. During growth and transformation, GAVIN has held multiple office locations throughout the city as well as offices across the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. The agency has been locally recognized with multiple Pennsylvania-based industry awards as well as national acknowledgements.
