Our Team

Our agency has integrated key efforts throughout all that we do, from recruitment, retention, training, community outreach and staff development. We collaborate with HBCUs and organizations focused on equity and opportunity, foster cultural educational opportunities among our team, encourage our staff to take part in community efforts, and take a stand on important social issues by elevating voices to speak up and be heard.

The Lens of Our Work

As expert communicators, we know nothing is more important than the lens of each person’s experience. We value all perspectives among our team that in turn help us become better connected to the many backgrounds of those we communicate with and to. From building your account team with a more diverse perspective to being intentional with our marketing approaches, we dive into how each audience’s unique lens affects behavior and engagement. We never assume—we challenge thinking with honest conversations about norms and stereotypes to get to meaningful work and outcomes.

Attracting Diverse Talent in Our Industry

Gavin is committed to fostering, promoting and supporting broader diversity and future leaders in our industry by offering accessible educational programs designed to engage diverse students in potential career opportunities in communications, digital and marketing. We aim to build a more inclusive future for our industry.

Recently, Gavin launched an onsite training facility for an after school program connecting our team with youth in our local communities. Our goal is to break down barriers in accessing job opportunities in public relations, digital marketing, communications, and creative services.

Our internship program has gained the attention of community colleges, universities and high schools as an accessible and supportive program focused on mentorship, professional development and career placement.

Gavin’s commitment doesn’t stop at our doorstep. We continuously invest and collaborate with initiatives that support our communities by participating in cultural events and programming that give back and promote greater inclusivity, understanding and exposure.

We are proud to support causes that are making change happen. Gavin has donated more than $75,000 to organizations such as Race Against Racism, York County Community Foundation’s Racial Equity Fund, Pedal 4 Peace, GUSA World Music Festival, Community Progress Council, Crispus Attucks, and more.
