Partnering with GAVIN was a seamless and rewarding experience from start to finish.

The Challenge

The campaign goal was to promote screening services and education on women’s health concerns and drive the target population to provider locations. The campaign also focused on informing the target population of specific tests they need when they need them.

the solution

Through vivid graphics and impactful images, the Health Women, Empowered Lives campaign reached women across 26 Pennsylvania counties, with a focus on the uninsured and underinsured in rural and urban communities.

our approach included

  • Design a multifaceted campaign to reach the target audience across various channels. All tactics drive to the website where the audience can find a provider.
  • Informative website: built to connect women with 40+ providers near them.
  • Print materials: designed to promote connecting with a provider via the website.
  • Advertising campaign: digital advertising across Google and billboards in key target areas.

Campaign Development

Target Audience

GAVIN worked with FHCCP to develop personas to clearly define messaging and outreach methods to reach the target audience where they are in the way they want to be communicated with.

Message Exposure

By utilizing a variety of tactics, the target audience was exposed to the marketing message through a variety of outreach methods, thus increasing the touchpoints and further exposing the audience to the call to action.

Marketing Push

This campaign included the element of providers and community health workers who promoted the campaign in their offices through posters and brochures, again, all with the call to action to visit the website.
