Santaisha Hicks has been at Family Health Council of Central PA since 2011 and is the Vice President of Health Networks. Taisha serves as the Title X Family Planning Director and sits on the Board of the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association (NFPHRA). Taisha received her undergraduate degree from Albright College and her Master’s in Public Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. Taisha is a native of Central Pennsylvania and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family.

Kacey Schneider is the Director of Provider Relations for the family planning and reproductive health program at Family Health Council of Central PA. She started working with FHCCP as an administrative associate in 2013 and became part of the family planning and reproductive health program in 2017. An Enola native and resident with a lifelong passion for women’s health and rights, Kacey graduated from Shippensburg University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in Spanish.
